HireFlow
AI recruitment software with an assistant included

Useful assistance. Your judgement stays in charge.

Ask HireFlow about the recruitment records you are authorised to use. It can help find relevant candidates, explain recorded evidence, prepare communications and organise the next steps across your desk.

Actual application interface. Fictional sample records. Demo changes stay in your browser.

Start with a real question

Ask ‘Which candidates have Python and SQL experience?’ or ‘What needs my attention today?’ The assistant retrieves workspace records and links its answer to the relevant candidates, vacancies or clients. It should tell you when information is missing. An answer is only as reliable as the records behind it, so check the source before acting.

Prepare work you can review

Ask for a candidate summary, interview preparation or a client update draft. The assistant can propose a task, a shortlist or a workspace configuration change. Review the proposed content before applying it. An email draft is not a sent email, and an AI suggestion is not a hiring decision.

Understand why a candidate appears

Matching compares recorded professional evidence with explicit vacancy requirements. It shows the requirements supported by the profile and those that need checking. It does not verify employment history, infer protected characteristics or automatically reject candidates. Recruiters retain responsibility for assessing the evidence and speaking with candidates.

Know what is included

Starter includes 200 AI requests each month, Professional 600 and Agency 1,500, shared across the workspace. Requests are capped, with no automatic overage charge. The usage indicator shows consumption. Ordinary database search, candidate editing and pipeline management remain available without spending AI requests.

Useful answers before you begin.

Can the assistant see another agency’s records?

The application retrieves records through the signed-in user’s workspace permissions. Database policies and server-side checks enforce those boundaries; the model is not given unrestricted database access.

Will it send messages automatically?

No. The assistant prepares drafts and proposals. External communications require an explicit review and approved connected provider.
